Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
50% deposit on confirmation, balance before the event. We issue an invoice. Bank transfer, card, or cash.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — at any time. For standard-menu orders the deposit is refunded if cancelled with sufficient notice. Custom orders may have different terms.
Do you deliver outside Sofia?
Yes — nationwide and to neighbouring countries. Beyond ~30 km, transport costs are agreed by volume and location.
How do you handle allergens and cross-contamination?
We cover vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal, and kosher. For serious allergies we discuss specific cross-contamination risks before confirming the order.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes — no corkage fee. If you'd like bar service from us, we add it to the package.
What happens to leftover food?
We prepare +10% above the ordered amount. Any surplus is yours — we supply take-away containers.
